What is cold brew concentrate?

Cold brew is coarsely ground coffee that’s been brewed with cold water for 16 to 24 hours. The cold water allows for a slow, gentle extraction process that yields a rich and low-acid brew. Cold brew concentrate — as opposed to coffee concentrate, which is made with hot water — is the undiluted form of cold brew coffee that is used as a base for iced coffee and beyond.
